Tunisian tennis player fined and suspended as part of wider betting breaches

A three-year suspension has been imposed on Tunisian tennis player Anis Ghorbel by the International Tennis Integrity Agency due to corruption connected to the larger Belgian match-fixing case.

Tennis Anti-Corruption Program violations totaling four were found to have been committed by Ghorbel. The suspension and a $20,000 fine, according to the ITIA, were justified.

Between the decision date and January 3, 2027, there is a suspension.
