So, I tried a first time withdrawal through BCH on Sunday and I didn't get a place to input my wallet Address. I clicked purchase hoping to get a place to input wallet address. But I didn't get anything and my points has been deducted and I got a message or notification as shown in the attachment. Please, admin Help me look into this!!!!
