You gotta know when to walk away, my friend. Here are Some tips for you:

Set a limit for how much you're willing to lose, and stick to it. Be realistic, the house always wins in the end!

If you're up, quit while you're ahead. Winning money feels good, but winning and then giving it all back feels real bad.

Don't chase losses. Throwing good money after bad trying to get even will only end one way - with you in the red.

Take a break and grab a drink. Come back to the tables with a clear head and you'll probably think better of blowing your whole bankroll!

And watch out for those emotions, man. When you're angry or desperate, you ain't thinking straight. That's how people get into real trouble.

If gambling's taken over your life, don't be too proud to ask for help. Your friends and family will understand, and professionals deal with this stuff every day.

I believe that a gambler innately knows when to quit, more so when you are experiencing huge losses while playing casino games. You may need to take a break from the venture overall, to be fair.

Take a step back and look at your goals. Are you making progress towards them? Are you satisfied with the progress you're making? If you're not making progress or your goals have changed, it may be time to reevaluate your situation.

I believe it's a normal routine to lose more than you will be gaining from gambling but you will have to stop when your own is too much and you're not even winning at all. You should stop before it destroy you

In order to successfully quit when it is expected, there are things you must guide against. And that are lust and temptation. The lust to make more money when you are winning will prompt you to continue while temptation to recover your losses would prevent you from quit the game.
