What if I have a straight draw and someone bets small?

Guys, I got a question about straight draws. Say I'm holdin a 9,10 of different suits and the flop comes 7,8,J givin me an open straight draw. Then someone makes a small bet. Now, I'm tempted to call that bet and see another card in hopes of makin my straight. But is that a good play? I'm not sure. What do y'all think I should do in that spot? Call the bet and hope to improve my hand or just fold there and then?
