What is the best blackjack strategy?

When I get a pair of 10s I split. Good blackjack strategy or not? What do you suggest to increase my winnings?

Honestly it all depends on what the dealer is showing first on weather or not to split, if the dealer is showing a 10 as well i would stay because if you split and get a lower faced card you either have to hit again or hope the dealer busts. Personally if the dealer is showing 4-6 i would split anything else I would personally just stay with my tens.

I will take it in my advantage and stay with 10s to win that bet. Now a days blackjack game become hard so any amount equal to 19 or higher should be used for a quick win.

Yea i think that's among the balckjack strategy, to always split a pair of 8s and ACES and never split a pair of 5s or TENS and you should always hit a hard 12 against a dealer's 2 or 3 upcard
