When you have a loss in gambling you sometimes experience negative feelings and sometimes you do things that you should not, like chasing a loss or you could accentuate the addiction to gambling, I recommend that after a loss you get involved in another activity, either a hobby or another way to earn money, for example you can go for a walk, exercising, hanging out with friends or other more productive money-making activities, what do you think?

I completely agree with you. After a loss in gambling, it is natural to feel negative emotions and it's important to find healthy ways to cope with those feelings without turning to gambling as a way to make up for the loss. Engaging in other activities such as a hobby, exercise or spending time with friends can serve as a positive distraction and can help you shift your focus away from gambling.

Furthermore, it's important to remember that chasing a loss is a dangerous behavior and can lead to significant financial and emotional problems. It's better to take a break from gambling and evaluate your approach to it. You should analyze your triggers and feelings, and make sure that you set clear limits and boundaries for yourself.

In addition, it's a good idea to seek support from professionals or organizations that specialize in gambling addiction. They can provide you with the necessary resources and support to help you overcome negative thoughts and behaviors related to gambling.
