I believe that most times there could be some kind of problem and the casino sites or platform ,and I believe that the casino company or site might really want to reach out to the users of the platform in that certain order too .

Which method should I actually adopt in contacting the casino users more , would you actually recommend the phone number or email adress ,I would love to know

It's really the popular messaging ways , I think I have hardly seen any casino platform using other methods , than not using the text messages to actually message and contact , it's really the best way and medium they contact the person

If a casino site stop updating , there would be fear in the customers or users mind to keep investing ,they would be more afraid and would actually think the casino site have majorly turned into a big scam

Yeah I believe it's so important got online casinos to know the importance of this , I believe that providing updates and others to their customers would really make them know the path and want to take when gambling

yeah it should actually be simple and accurate ,also I think it should be on the general language and not the language that the customer might actually not even understand or see what is actually been shown

Yeah they would be able to understand and maintain their trust ,I actually don't even think they would be so interested leaving the platform ,when they actually see the way things are been run and others
