I think I noticed that there are some casino customer care service that actually takes their time before replying the customers , they probably don't rush and others ,it's quite noticeable of some casino sites , so why do you think they actually intiate this , although I think they do this at times to actually verify the details of the users , verify the problem and find solution to the problem
