Can someone's character affected by gambling?

There was a guy over here people know to be very gentle. He is easy-going and friendly with most people. All of a sudden he becomes aggressive and people were saying it all happens because he has become a gambler.

One of the questions I want to ask you guys is that can someone character affected by gambling? I would like to know your response to this question in the comment section below thanks in advance.

This is very funny. This is the first time that I am hearing this. Character and Gambling are two different things.
Character is inborn while Gambling is a learned act. If someone gambles and losses, that person can either decide to transfer aggression on people around or not. It is all depends on yourself. All fingers are not equal

To be honest with you I was so surprised when people were saying such a thing. I agree that it might be a gentle person most of the time but as a human being getting angry is part of our common attitude.

Yeah. Everyone has the tendency to get angry anytime. When it comes to controlling it, that's where your character comes in. I have lost couple of games, with just last games remaining. I was the only one that knew what I was going through. I can't go around transferring agression on people around

As we all know, anything that involves money is not an easy thing to handle, money is the root of all evil, Gambling can change or affect someone character if care is nothing taken, so we should be aware of what gambling can do if someone gets Addicted to much in gambling

Yeah I think some people that are into excessive gambling aren't always happy , most actually go through depression and others ,and this might not be very encouraging but discouraging in a lot of ways

There are many people that are very emotional. Gambling is not for people like that. It will surely affect them especially when they lose money in gambling. There are many tendencies that character may be altered by the effects of gambling.

I think it always stem from playing games or gambling especially when you lose. it can make you become frustrated and aggressive.

I believe that gambling can affect your character over a long term period because you meet different people with various temperaments in the casino room. You could be indirectly influenced into behaving a certain way by another gambler

Yeah I think someone character can be easily infulenced with the way they gamble , there are some people that really want to be professional in their gambling ways , but characters and others usually have it's effect
