Draw Strategy for Middle Pairs in 2-7 Single Draw

Middle pairs from 4s to 6s are challenging hands in 2-7 single draw. While you cannot expect a full house, you still have reasonable potential with three cards to come. You should generally draw one or two cards aiming for either an open straight or higher pair. Be mindful that open straights will often lose to flushes. Play cautiously, Calling bets only if priced right, while hoping your middle pair holds up.
